"I'd be from Scotland!"

Will singing "Loch Lomond" do anything for Idi Amin's spirit? 
The makers of this movie certainly show us that it would 
be a complete waste.- It's about as useful as teaching 
"amazing grace" to OJ Simpson. It wont change what 
he has done.
