Its interesting to note that in the first episode, Jerry's buddy George suggests a more cynical idea of whether Jerry has a chance of "getting lucky" with an attractive blonde woman Jerry previously met who's just coming into town. Sometimes following a different mindset's idea of reality may just result in a self fulfilling prophesy coming true instead of what a more optimistic or generous outlook from the outset might have resulted in.
